Shipping costs are pre-calculated into the price of each product. Clients are not subject to any additional shipping or duties fees at checkout or upon receiving their order.

Yes! We offer international shipping on all orders—small, medium, and large. There are no zip codes that our fulfillment team cannot reach. Regardless of location, all orders will be fulfilled.
If for any reason we cannot ship to your location using our standard fulfillment methods, we will notify you to discuss an alternative shipping solution or provide a full refund if necessary.
Rush orders are accepted regardless of the size of the order. Each rush order is subject to a $750 USD fee to skip our order queue.

For accessories and product care kits, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled. Orders are shipped from Ontario via UPS Standard, and you will receive your tracking number via email.
For all furniture orders (small, medium, and large), shipping is done via sea transport. The estimated shipping time is specified in the dropdown before you place your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your item is en route.
Only after the order has docked at the port will you receive a truck transportation tracking number relative to your country.
Our truck transportation team will also contact you via the phone number and email provided during the initial purchase of the order to coordinate the delivery date.
Each country has different customs clearance times.
Customs clearance takes 2-8 days upon the ship’s arrival at port.
Only after customs clearance is completed can we arrange truck transport for final delivery.
Please note that Mayze Interiors does not control customs clearance times, and this process must be factored into your total wait time.

For large furniture items such as dining tables large sofas and bed frames, we offer White Glove Delivery to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Alternatively, we also provide standard delivery, both of which are fully insured. In the rare case of accidental damage during shipping, your order will either be reimbursed or we will cover the cost of repairs, depending on the extent of the damage.
Please note that White Glove Delivery is not included in the total item cost but is an additional service. We contract third-party White Glove teams to facilitate this specialized delivery, and pricing is subject to their independent rates and fees. Unless White Glove Delivery is purchased, your order will follow the standard delivery process.
For smaller items like coffee tables and side tables, we use palletized freight shipping when White Glove services are unavailable.

A Made-to-Order item means the piece is crafted specifically for you. Once we receive your order, our artisans begin the production process, ensuring every design is handcrafted from start to finish. This process can take some time.

No, Mayze Interiors does not currently support ready-to-ship orders. Each item is made from scratch by hand by our team, ensuring that you are the only one who has it. Each individual order is subject to its own production time before fulfillment, depending on the specific product collection.
