Meet with the Mayze team , virtually or via email to confirm your order mock-ups and approve your order after purchase. Once your order has been approved and your order contract has been signed , you're ready to enter the processing stage!
3-5 Business Days after order has been placed

Processing Stage

Once your order design has ben approved by both parties, and all contracts have been signed , we move into the processing stage. This is where the magic happens! Your slabs are ordered in and your dream pieces are created in our design warehouse

Ready For Take Off?

Shipping Stage

Once your order has been completed , you will receive another confirmation with project completion photos of your dream pieces via the email provided in the order note! This means your order is ready to go ! After your order has been shipped , local air delivery within North America can be expected with 15 business days. International air delivery can be expected via 20-25 business days. All shipping updates are provided via email.

White Glove Delivery (Optional)

For orders that have requested white glove delivery, 1 business day after your package has landed in it's destination country , you can expect to receive an email to confirm your personal availability for white glove delivery and assembly in your home.
