YES! Mayze accepts international orders and ships worldwide. All dining tables and bathtubs are shipped through ocean freight. All other products with product weights below 20 kgs will be shipped through regular
How long does production and shipping take?
All accessories are processed and shipped out in 2-3 days. All accessories are to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Accessories are shipped via air freight.
All accent tables are processed and shipped out within 1-2 weeks. Delivery times for all accent tables range from 2-3 weeks. Accent tables are shipped out via air freight.
All larger dining and coffee tables are processed and shipped out within 10 business days. Delivery times for larger dining and coffee tables range from 5-6 weeks. Dining and coffee tables are shipped out via ocean freight.
How does ocean freight work? How can I track my package?
If you place an order that requires delivery via ocean freight, the following steps will occur. You will first receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. After the production time passes and your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a pdf documentation of proof that your order has been shipped, declaring which vessel your order has been shipped with. Once your order reaches the port of landing ( usually 3-4 weeks later) , you will receive a follow up email of the tracking information of the truck that will hand deliver your product to you. During this entire period, you are welcome to contact us at anytime at https://mayze.com.co/pages/contact-us or email us directly at themayze.com.co@gmail.com to help locate the whereabouts of your package. All packages are insured, and delivery is guaranteed after max 10 weeks, or your money back.
Where are your pieces made and materials sourced and products shipped from?
As our pieces are constructed using natural stone, the origin of the materials depends on where that particular stone is naturally found and quarried. We work with stone quarries from all over the world, including Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Italy and China, to name a few. Meaning your order is subject to shipped directly from an overseas production partner to your home, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Our pieces are designed by Mayze in Toronto, Ontario and are manufactured with our partnered stonemasons and craftsman in Greece, China, Turkey and Italy that employ highly skilled staff and offer state of the art machinery. Each manufacturing partner is hand selected for their quality, skill and craftsmanship. We are proud to partner with worldwide and local trades that align with our values, supports skilled craftsmanship and fuels local economies in each region.
