All our products are shipped using secure sea transport, ensuring that your custom furniture arrives in pristine condition. Once your order reaches its destination country, it is cleared through customs and delivered directly to your doorstep by our trusted trucking partners.
Our process guarantees the utmost care during transit, and we take pride in handling customs duties and taxes in advance. This means no unexpected fees or charges at your door—a unique benefit of shopping with Mayze Interiors.
Shipping Timeline
- Processing Time: Each piece of custom furniture is meticulously crafted and undergoes rigorous quality checks. Standard processing time is 4-5 weeks.
- Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes an additional 6-12 weeks, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
Standard shipping is always free for our customers. The only exceptions are for:
- White-Glove Delivery Service: Upgrade at checkout for in-home assembly and debris removal.
- Expedited Orders: Additional charges apply for orders requiring faster delivery than our standard timeline.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive tracking updates once your shipment arrives in the destination country and clears customs. Notifications will be sent for the final delivery phase, ensuring you stay informed at every step.
Return Policy
Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there are manufacturing defects or damages incurred during transit.
Return Process
- Notify Us: Report damages within 3 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos of the damage, including the packaging and PI label (if applicable).

Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is inspected and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if the original method is unavailable.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture, but on rare occasions, damages or defects may occur.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Check your items upon receipt. If you plan to store them, inspect them first, as the 3-day claim window still applies.

- Accept delivery and note "damaged upon arrival" with the carrier.
- Photograph the item and packaging, including the PI label.
- File a claim via your account under the “Claims” section.
If an item is structurally damaged and unusable, refuse only the damaged part. Redelivery costs will apply if undamaged parts are also refused.
Resolution Options
At Mayze Interiors’ discretion, we may:
- Replace the damaged item with an in-stock alternative.
- Provide a blemish discount.
- Reimburse local repair services (pre-approved).
- Offer a refund, minus associated shipping fees, if all other resolution options fail.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Please note:
- Shipping fees, custom/special orders, and non-stock items are non-refundable.
- Returns must be in their original condition and made within 30 days of receipt.
Warranty
Mayze Interiors offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all products.
Coverage
- 2 Years: Structural defects in metal or solid wood.
- 1 Year: Covers soft parts, including threading, piping, adhesives, and rubber components.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Marble, glass, veneers, or cushioning materials.
- Damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or exposure to unsuitable environments.
- Final Sale Items: Non-refundable and sold "as-is."
Claim Process
Submit claims via the "Contact Us" page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
Customs Duties and Taxes
At Mayze Interiors, we handle all customs duties and taxes in advance, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers. Unlike other retailers, you will not face surprise charges or heavy fees at the door. This unique value proposition sets us apart, offering peace of mind with every purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- Indoor Use Only: Unless specified, our furniture is designed exclusively for indoor use. Damages caused by outdoor exposure are not covered under our warranty.
- Final Sale Items: These are non-refundable, not exchangeable, and come with a 90-day warranty.
