Mayze Interiors was established in Ottawa, initially operating as a traditional furniture supplier wholesaling to retailers with brick-and-mortar storefronts. At this stage, we believed that customers preferred to experience furniture in person before making a purchase.
October 2022 : Partnered With Manufactures in Asia
Invested in manufacturing facilities in Asia specializing in upholstered furniture to ensure quality control and cost efficiency.
December 2022: Partnered With Italian Stone Suppliers
Partnered with a manufacturer in Italy to diversify our offerings with high-quality stone slabs for our furniture.
April 2023: Business Model Restructuring
During this period, Mayze Interiors underwent a significant transformation. We restructured our business model by eliminating intermediaries such as resellers, dealers, and salespersons. This move allowed us to focus on delivering high-quality goods directly to our customers. We also streamlined our catalog, reducing the number of SKUs to prioritize quality over quantity.
January 2024 Direct-to-Customer Retail Re-Launch
Mayze Interiors relaunched its own retail website, enabling us to sell directly to end-customers. This shift not only enhanced our customer experience but also allowed us to offer more competitive pricing by cutting out the middlemen.
March 2024 : Expansion to International Fulfillment
Expanded our operations by establishing warehouse and fulfillment services in New York City. This move allowed us to efficiently manage our growing international orders and improve delivery times.
May 2024: Re-Introduction of Stone Furniture Line
Introduced our innovative stone furniture line, featuring tables made from premium materials sourced from Italy and manufactured in Asia. This product line quickly became a hallmark of our brand, known for its luxury and unique design.
