Unique Characteristics:
Silver Travertine is characterized by its delicate veins and natural imperfections, which give each piece a one-of-a-kind quality. The stone’s smooth surface and elegant color palette lend it a refined look, while its durability and natural resistance to wear make it suitable for various applications, from countertops to flooring and decorative pieces.

Embrace the rich history and contemporary elegance of Silver Travertine in your next design project and let its natural beauty elevate your home.

Stain Prevention:

  1. Use coasters, placemats, or trays to protect the surface from spills, especially from liquids that contain acids like citrus, wine, or vinegar, which can cause etching.
  2. Avoid placing high-pigment items like berries, coffee, or red wine directly on the table, as they may cause staining.
  3. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a soft cloth. Do not rub, as this could spread the stain.

Avoid:

  • Acidic or abrasive cleaners, vinegar, lemon juice, or bathroom cleaners, as they can etch and damage the surface.
  • Dragging heavy objects across the table, as this could scratch or chip the stone.

Moisture Control: Attend to spills immediately to prevent damage from moisture.

Visit Our Detailed Care Guide , Here :

  • Disassemble for Transport: Always disassemble items for moving, and transport tabletops on their sides, wrapped and secured.

  • Proper Usage: Do not use the furniture for purposes other than intended—such as sitting or standing on top of it—and always follow the product assembly instructions.

  • Wipe the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris.

  • After wiping, use a dry, clean cloth to buff the surface and remove any moisture.

Dealing with Spills:

  • For tougher spills or stains, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water and gently clean the affected area using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

  • For oil-based stains, use a baking soda and water paste. Apply the paste to the stain, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 24 hours before wiping it clean.
    Sealing the Surface:

Travertine is a porous material, so consider applying a stone sealant every 6-12 months to protect it from moisture and staining.

Yes! Mayze Interiors proudly offers Trade Account partnerships for professionals in the Architecture, Interior Design, and related industries.

What does Made-to-Order mean?

A Made-to-Order item means the piece is crafted specifically for you. Once we receive your order, our artisans begin the production process, ensuring every design is handcrafted from start to finish. This process can take some time. Once your piece is completed, it will be shipped to our warehouse for dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping notification when your order is on its way.
If your delivery address changes, please contact our team before dispatch to update the details.

What does 'Lead Time' mean?

Our commitment to reducing waste and supporting artisans means we produce in small, limited quantities. The lead time refers to the estimated month your item will arrive at our warehouse. As a broad estimate, the month listed can vary depending on unforeseen delays, but it allows you to secure your item before it sells out.

What does furniture delivery look like?

For large furniture items like dining tables, we typically use White Glove Delivery to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. In cases where White Glove isn’t available, we use standard palletized freight for smaller items like coffee tables and side tables.
Visit our Shipping page for more details.

What happens if I order both ready-to-ship and lead-time furniture?

If you order both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, we will ship your items together once everything is ready. However, if you prefer to receive the ready-to-ship items first, this will incur an additional shipping charge to cover the separate shipment.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, many of our smaller items are available for shipping across the US. Larger furniture pieces, due to their size and handling requirements, may need custom shipping options. If a rate isn’t available at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer international shipping within for orders placed directly with Mayze Interiors.
